Planning Meeting for the Queen's Jubilee

At a recent Village Hall committee meeting, the Parish Church Committee raised an agenda item to discuss whether the village was planning to do anything for the Queens Platinum Jubilee.
We came up with an embryonic plan for the event on Sunday 5th June, with proposal to have a Family Service in the church followed by a Street Party on the village green.
It would be great to get everybody involved to make this a suitable fantastic event, and propose that anybody interested, come along to discuss ideas at a meeting on Thursday 24th March at 19:00.
